Kimono Salone in Nihonbashi 2017 will have 6 years history in this year. The event in 2016 was so popular that about 15,000 of people attended. The main concept is “The event can be enjoyed while wearing Kimono”. It is said to be the biggest event among the event that related to Kimono Fashion and Kimono Culture in Japan. This event’s theme in 2017 is「Kimono Carnival」. The various stuffs related to Kimono will be displayed in this event to wide range of customers like Kimono fans and people who are just interested in Kimono as well. Especially, 「Kimono Fashion Show」is very popular as the fashion show that let us feel New-Style of Kimono. The show is rich enough to contain the attendance of company’s designer and manufacturing companies, the introduction of each Kimono’s production area. In addition, in YUITO space, there are as many as about 100 of company’s booths for accessory related to Kimono. There are atmosphere as carnival. There also many display booths for Japanese Sake and Japanese Traditional Dance, free trial of wearing Kimono, and Kimono lecture that we can experience for ourselves. We have not attended many events where we can feel familiar with Kimono. It should be the very good memory if you attended this event with wearing Kimono.
